Tverskaya St., 3, -2 floor, Cube.Moscow
Azot gallery is a mix of young and already classics authors, bold concepts and constant curatorial experiment. Azot space appreciates and supports the talent and identity of artists both at the national and international level, defending the individual value of each art and avoiding unidirectional views and limited concepts.
During the fair, the works of artists Sergei Lotsmanov and Olga Michi will be presented. Olga Michi is an artist working in the field of contemporary digital art. In her work, Olga follows the traditions of Western European art, especially the creative approach of the masters of the Düsseldorf school of photography. Michi's works touch upon a wide range of topics that deal with both current problems of modern life and deep philosophical issues. As an object of research, the artist Sergey Lotsmanov has chosen the problematic of visual perception. The context of his works requires a clear distinction between inspection and observation: for Lotsmanov, inspection implies the possibility of wordless communication and evaluation, the same feeling that is created when looking at objects, or at wild animals, or at stars in the night sky.
